The Tananei garden with scarecrow

Our dream of a change of life materialized in April 2010, when we became the owners of the farmhouse that will later become our Tananei. We were there in the middle of spring, but we couldn't live there yet as major renovations were needed but would begin later. So we dedicated ourselves to the preparation of our first garden. Of course, a garden wouldn't have been complete without a scarecrow. Giorgia and her mother Vittoria thus created the first scarecrow: Giorgia drew the face, Vittoria took care of all the clothing and coined the name: Giacomino. The enthusiasm for the creation was so great that a few days later they also made the girlfriend of the scarecrow. Giacomina. Obviously very fashionable; you know, we Italians like to dress with a certain style!
