Olive trees fructification at Tananei farmhouse

Here we are: a few days ago the olive trees of Tananei farmhouse, located on hills in the north part of Tuscany between Lucca & Florence, entered the most critical phenological phase, the FRUCTIFICATION one, that represent the transition from flower to fruit. You have to think that generally less than 3-5% of the flowers turn into fruit and this variability is mainly influenced by the climate and agronomic practices.
