We started the olives harvest few weeks ago and, as every year, at the time of the olive pressing is really hard not to be excited about the colors, scents and flavors of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
In addition to the qualitative and quantitative aspects that this year as well as exceeding the expectations are among the best in comparison to the past years, what we appreciate every time we taste it is that we have a basic ingredient for our Mediterranean cuisine and on which we have direct control over the entire supply chain, from cultivation, to harvesting, processing and finally product preservation.
